Sushi isn't only raw fish. Sushi has more to do with the vinegar rice and seaweed wrap then the raw fish. And as you can see here can also include octopus (we did cook this one though in Japan it would probably be raw). Over 100 people joined the party this time. There was a strong representation from Japan, America, South Korea, China, India, Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Malayasia (probably many more as well).Special thanks to those who helped in the kitchen, especially our head chef, Hiroaki. Special thanks as well to Joe for renting the Frith Center for us. Special thanks to Boyu and Haruki for sharing their music with us as well.
I hope you were able to meet a new person. Please take the opportunity to meet with your new friend. Get to know eachother. Learn about eachother's culture, language, art, values, religion, family, etc.
